- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a total jaw replacement on May 31st and the surgery could not have gone any better. Dr. Cook and his staff had prepared myself and my family of all that could go wrong and it is a big decision to have the surgery. It was the best decision I ever made. I have been very blessed that my surgery was a success. Dr. Cook and Gail are great and I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone that is facing this surgery. Dr. Cook and his staff have been GREAT!!!!!!!
