  Very expensive. Could not get a refill on my medication due to Shelby location closing not long after it opened. When I called the Denver location to request a refill I was told I would have to come to the Denver location. Looks like I will have pay for another office visit and go to another dermatologist just to get refills.

  The visit went well enough and the provider and staff were wonderful. Yet, despite my insistence that I only wanted a visual mole check, they charged me over $200. When I called and used the prompt to speak to someone about billing, their phone system informed me that they had no billing specialist and that I would need to hang up and call back and speak with a receptionist. When I did and was able to ask about a reason for such a high coding, the receptionist asked me if the provider asked me any questions, explaining that that would incur a higher charge. When I finally gave up and tried to pay the bill, I realized that they had no website and had to call back to pay by phone; my only other option would be to mail a check to an address in Maine. The whole thing seemed very homemade/macaroni-and-glitter/sketchy and makes me seriously question the validity of anything the provider told me. I will not go back. I would not recommend to anyone else either.
