  Very pleasant experience! I called and spoke with a vet tech at 1:30am regarding a medication reaction that my dog was experiencing. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what I needed to do to help my dog. I did not end up having to take my dog to the vet but I would feel very comfortable doing so if I ever need to do so. Great staff!

  We had an older cat that stopped eating. Our regular vet checked him out thouroughly, not sure what was wrong. He hadn't eaten in weeks and still was hanging on. We were hoping he would pass at home- he hated getting into a carrier and going to the vet. Well, we couldn't watch him suffer anymore. Brought him here on a Sunday morning, they got us right in to a beautifully decorated "living room" and took our cat briefly to put an IV in his leg. Brought him back to us, set him our lap wrapped in a blanket and let us say our goodbyes for as long as we needed. They have a button to push that calls the vet to come start the IV fluids to put him to sleep. This is such a hard decision, and everyone we met, front desk - vet tech- and vet, were all so compassionate and kind. We can't thank them enough!! And on a practical note- way cheaper than my husband thought it would be. It was about as pleasant as an experience like this can be, the last one we had was on a cold metal vet table. I would HIGHLY reccomend!!!

  A+++ We took our cat here after he was attacked by a coyote or another animal. Buzz, our cat, was in very rough shape. The injuries are to graphic for me to explain here but doctor Clark took him in as soon as we got there and started treatment. In all honesty I didn't figure he would make it but I could not just set and and watch him pass. To my surprise she was able to save Buzz!! Even more to my amazement we were able to get him and bring him home the same night. It's going to be a sore couple weeks for him but thanks to the Amazing staff who go above and beyond their jobs here, he will be back to normal in no time. When I paid the final bill it was very well below the quote given which was an extra little suprise!! This is one of the few place you can go and find employees who truly care about what they do. It is important to note that I live closer to Gastonia Animal Emergency but chose to come here. Better trained staff, better facility, much cleaner. I am now 150% loyal to Denver Animal Emergency. Thank you again to the staff and owner if you happen to read this.
